Before operating the low temperature spray dryer, check the instrument for damage. If damage is found, please contact the instrument administrator in time. Turn on the instrument power switch and turn on the aspirator switch. Make the air flow in the system. For the purity of the product, please check whether the inner wall of each part of the instrument is clean;
Set the temperature and turn on the heating switch. For aqueous samples, the temperature is set to 100 to 220 ° C; generally it is set to 150 ° C. After the inlet temperature is reached, turn on the air compressor and adjust the needle valve on the flowmeter, which is generally adjusted to 4cm high (about 600L / H).
Prepare distilled water and turn on the peristaltic pump switch. Press the sample tube onto the peristaltic pump to begin optimizing the conditions. It is generally set to 30%. If the outlet temperature is too high: you can reduce the inlet set temperature; or increase its speed. If the sample fails to dry (sticky walls): increase the inlet temperature; or reduce the speed of the peristaltic pump.
If the sample solution is easy to block the nozzle, you can turn on the nozzle blocking switch to set the blocking frequency. Cautions If it works normally and the sample cannot be injected after automatic / manual deblocking, the sample inlet may be blocked and the sampling device needs to be cleaned. The first-time user should contact the instrument management staff in time. To avoid irreversible damage to the sampling device.
After the conditions are ready, the distilled water can be converted into the sample solution input. After spraying the sample, switch to distilled water and clean the pipes and nozzles. When shutting down, first turn off the inlet temperature heating switch to keep the aspirator working; wait until the outlet temperature drops below 70 ° C before turning off the aspirator.
